What are the delivery times for your products?

We take 24-48 hours to process your order and then approximately 7-10 working days to deliver it to you.


Do you deliver anywhere in the world?

Yes, absolutely. We deliver worldwide.


Where do we ship your product from?

Our offices are located in Paris, France. Our warehouses are located in Europe (France, Spain, Germany, Switzerland,) for a faster deliverye.


How do you explain such attractively priced products?

Unlike the big brands, our margin is lower than normal. We make sure that we can sell our products as close as possible to the factory price. The fact that our international warehouse is in Europe allows us to lower the cost of the products even more.

 

Do you provide product tracking information?

Yes, you will receive your tracking number automatically after a few days.

My order is missing items, what is going on?

Our products are shipped separately depending on your order. If, for example, it contains items from two different warehouses, there will be two deliveries. The rest of the order will most likely arrive soon.




I received a damaged item. What can I do about it?

We are sorry to hear that. Simply send us an image of the damaged item in question to the email address: email and we will send it to you as soon as possible.



I still haven't received my order. What is taking so long?
